By participating in any events organized by City Girls DC (CGDC) or its affiliated subgroups, you acknowledge and agree to do so at your own risk. CGDC does not assume liability for any loss, injury, damage, accident, illness or other harm that may occur as a result of your participation in our activities and events.

CGDC reserves the right to use any photograph or video taken at any main or sub-group event, without the written or otherwise expressed permission of those included in the photo/video.

In the event that CGDC partners with another organization (fitness studio, nonprofit, etc.), CGDC may share the contact information you provide upon sign-up with our event partner. By providing this information and/ or participating in the event, you are consenting to its use for this purpose.

CGDC events are intended for “City Girls” – all women, nonbinary people, and genderqueer people who identify with that are welcome. All-gender events will be specifically stated as such.
